Guess who finally decided to crash the stuffed crust pizza party? Domino’s! And they didn’t just show up empty-handed; they brought their brand-new Parmesan Stuffed Crust to the U.S. for the very first time.
They’ve taken their rich, buttery Handmade Pan dough, crammed it with gooey mozzarella (I wish someone would cram me with gooey mozzarella, you know what I’m sayin? Ew), and then topped it off with Domino’s signature garlic seasoning and Parmesan. But unlike some competitors, this cheesy masterpiece is only available in medium size—because, apparently, size does matter. SO YOU’RE SAYING MY WIFE IS A LIAR?
Now, onto the deals. This cheesy fucker runs only $9.99 for a 1-topping Parmesan Stuffed Crust pizza (carryout only, so you gotta put on pants).
Or, if you’re feeling fancy, upgrade any medium pizza to Parmesan Stuffed Crust for just $4 as part of Domino’s mix-and-match deal.
Domino’s may be the biggest pizza chain in the U.S., but when it comes to stuffed crust, they have been total Patrick Swayze in the industry. Pizza Hut invented the game back in 1995. Papa Johns finally jumped in 25 years later in 2020. Little Caesars followed suit in 2021 with a Pepperoni & Cheese Stuffed Crust and then went full throttle in 2023 with the Stuffed Crazy Crust. Even in 2016, they briefly threw stuffed crust into a Deep Dish. Just because they could. RFK punches the air while chewing Octopus jerky spiked with horse spit just to feel something.
So why did Domino’s take so long? According to them, it’s a mix of rising demand and “operational efficiency” which is corporate speak for “stuffed crust takes forever to make, and we had to invent new ways to do it faster.” Meanwhile, other countries have been enjoying Domino’s stuffed crust since 2011. They didn’t think us fat-shit americans wanted in on that shit?
We’re going to eat this with our mouths and then talk about movies. We already did a pizza video review back in the day with Little Caesar’s BBQ Pizza and Ninja Turtles. I’m thinking we’ll pair this one with something else getting STUFFED. Let’s go with Scary Movie 2. Here’s a commentary you can watch with us.
And here is us reviewing that Smokehouse Pizza AND The Ninja Turtles original classic:
